The original bug report says "It should point to X.  It's currently
pointing to X." where both X's are the same.

But this isn't entirely your fault.  The link seems to be correct, insofar
as it is the same link pointed to from the table of contents, and from
the "Next:" header on the previous page.  The page seems to be missing
entirely.

Also, I wish this quoting structure were right side up.
