Compiler: gcc
Compilation CFLAGS:  -DPROGRAM='bash' -DCONF_HOSTTYPE='x86_64'

-DCONF_VENDOR='unknown' -DLOCALEDIR='/usr/local/share/locale$
uname output: Linux hugo-agile 4.13.0-43-generic #48~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Thu

Machine Type: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

Bash Version: 4.4
Patch Level: 18
Release Status: release

Description:
Bash manual says 'complete ... -D ... name' should be correct, whatever
between -D and name applying to the completion on a command for which
completion has not been previously defined. However,

$ complete -W aa -D -S name aabbname

 results in '-W aa' also applying for the default completion, and '-S name'
also applying for the completion on aabbname. In addition,

$ complete -p -D

shows the options reordered as follows

complete -W 'aa' -S 'name' -D

and

$ complete -p aabbname

shows nothing, indicating that the completion for aabbname has never been
defined.
