Upon ssh to bash 5.1.8 from a mobile device running iOS 15.1, error and
status messages are echoed by bash to the screen in the Greek alphabet and
language.
The iOS client is sending the locale information to the macOS system
through the environment. You can see what the locale is on macOS by running
`locale'. You'll have to check through the settings on your ssh client to
see how to get it to send your desired locale.
