my friend and gcc hacker Jan Hubicka has informed me that -a and -ax
options have been removed.
The current method is to use -fprofile-arcs -ftest-coverage options
and gcov.
Please update the gprof manual roughly in this sense, unless you get
a better doc patch directly from Jan.
