[Bug ld/302] New: Add warning when ELF symbol visibility is not consistent |

Now that GCC has much enhanced facilities for setting ELF symbol visibility,
how
about ld issues a warning when a symbol has differing visibility in different
object files?
I only say because hidden visibility appears to be sticky, so if it's hidden in
one object file it becomes hidden throughout which can cause certain failures
eg; exception throws across shared object boundaries.
Cheers,
Niall
