[Bug binutils/343] New: Shared object contains erronious R_386_NONE relocations |

Shared objects built from mixed C & C++ for Neutrino on x86 end up containing
R_386_NONE relocations in the exception handling sections. These relocations
are not simply extra space. If the dynamic loader is modified to ignore null
relocations then any programs linked against this lib will core.
