proposed patch
This proposed patch fixes the bug by handling the .loc directive the same way
as tc-xtends.c does.
With the patch applied, the test-case works out like this:
$ readelf -wl ltst.o |fgrep -e opcode -e Advance|wc -l
12
which is more reasonable.
