Hi Nick,
I am sorry for sent the big attachment to everyone in this
mailist. I do will not do that thing from now on.
Beacuse I can't access the cvs(behind a firewire) server.
I just download the
binutils-050909 , gcc-4.0-20050901 and newlib-1.13.0. And I rebuild binutils and
gcc(include newlib).
../gcc-4.0-20050901/configure --target=mipsel-elf
--prefix=/home/zhigang/gnutools --enable-languages=c,c++ --with-gnu-as
--with-gnu-ld --with-newlib
--with-gxx-include-dir=/home/zhigang/gnutools/mipsel-elf/include
My host machine is a x86 box with Red Hat Fedora4 installed
on it, the host comipler is a gcc (Redhat 4.0.1-5).
The problem has not been resolved yet. Now I just want to know
the version of the newlib that you used to build gcc. I want to sync
my enviorments with you. If the problem is still exist, I have to give
up the gcc-4.0.1 with binutils-2.16.In my enviorments , gcc 3.4.4 with
binutils-2.16.1 works very well.
Thank you advanced.
Best Regards,
Zhigang.
