[Bug ld/3169] New: ld elf64-ia64.c segfault in set_fptr_entry

I get the following ld segfault on an object file generated by Osprey, an
alternative GCC backend for IA64.

It fails both with Debian binutils 2.17 and current CVS HEAD.
