[Bug binutils/3181] strip generates bad output on .o file with section group

strip --strip-unneeded fixed with

I'm unsure what to do about the plain strip case.  We can
a) keep the group signature symbol anyway, or
b) make strip fail with an error, or
c) strip the group section.

Of these, I think (a) is probably best.  HJ, what do you think?
