[Bug gas/4659] New: Error: dsp:8 immediate is out of range `enter #4-4'

This fails, although I think it should work:

$ echo 'enter #4-4' | gas/as-new -o /tmp/test

It is not simply because the instruction doesn't support an immediate of zero:

$ echo 'enter #0' | gas/as-new -o /tmp/test
$ binutils/objdump --disassemble --wide --reloc /tmp/test

/tmp/test:     file format elf32-m32c
