Makefile typo

[Smith, Ashley - CS]

When trying to compile with the Code Sourcery tool chain you get an error stating that it can’t find the arm-none-linux-gneuabi-ar command.   This is a typo that stems from the makefile

 

The actual name of the command is arm-none-linux-gnueabi-ar
