Steps to reproduce:
1) cat > main.s <<EOF
.text
storb r0,0x12
EOF
2) cr16-elf-as -o main.o main.s
3) cr16-elf-objdump -d main.o

Expected results:
3) address 0x12 is shown with only one 0x prefix

Actual results:
3) address is shown as "0x0x12":

main.o:     file format elf32-cr16


Disassembly of section .text:

00000000 <.text>:
   0:   00 c8 12 00     storb   r0,0x0x12:m

More info:
1) the first "0x" comes from cr16-dis.c:681 in cvs version 1.5
2) the second "0x" comes from objdump.c:911 in cvs version 1.157
