Input file which causes internal error

This input file causes an internal error in relocate_sections, at reloc.cc:842
in build 2.19.51. You can attempt to link with just this file on the command
line to reproduce the internal error. The internal error message is the only
output. If you see errors about unresolved symbols or other messages, then the
internal error I saw did not reproduce.
