Hello,

With binutils- 2.19.51.20090624, Iam getting below error message for c++ exceptions.

ld: error in test_eh.o(.eh_frame); no .eh_frame_hdr table will be created.
====

Attached .s file to reproduce the issue.

NOTE: If the "--traditional-format" option passed to linker, the above error not seen.
With older version of binutils also, the above error message observed.
