This is still reproducable while linking QtWebKit;
GNU gold (GNU Binutils for Ubuntu 2.20.51-system.20100710) 1.9
Supported targets:
elf32-i386
elf32-i386-freebsd
elf64-x86-64
elf64-x86-64-freebsd
It tries to link ~1800 object files btw.
