--enable-compressed-debug-sections is no-op on linker at the moment.
Do we want to change the --enable-compressed-debug-sections behavior
on linker in the future?  Should we do

--enable-compressed-debug-sections=gas,ld

or

--with-compressed-debug-sections=gas,ld
