A memory allocation failure on fuzzed binaries is generally not a bug. Please
check that the fuzzed binary doesn't have ridiculously large sections before
reporting a bug like this one. Here, .rela.debug_line has size of 0xc00000018,
so an "out of memory" condition isn't surprising, especially when using ASAN.
