        * configure.ac: Add checks for link, mkdtemp.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * config.in: Regenerate.
        * plugin.cc (Plugin_recorder::init): Fall back to mktemp
        if mkdtemp is not available.
        (link_or_copy_file): Fall back to copy if link() is not available.
