Compressed shared object bin2SD.oct.tar.gz

Attached is a compressed shared object bin2SD.oct.tar.gz. It runs under my
build of octave and appears in object_list but the source is not seen:

$ file src/bin2SD.oct
src/bin2SD.oct: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV),
dynamically linked, BuildID[sha1]=31ac26cbc516d44c31db6979958596cf16dae070,
with debug_info, not stripped
