[Bug-cvs] Minor fix for "make dist"

Hello!

If anybody cares, this patch prevents the following files from going to
the distribution:

emx/Makefile
os2/Makefile
doc/cvs.aux
doc/cvsclient.aux
doc/CVSvn.tex

Those files are not under version control and have no value to the end
user.

ChangeLog entries are included.
