Bug in the CVS manual?

I think there is a 'bug' in the manual (Per Cederqvist's manual), or maybe
I missed something... :)

In part '7.4 Moving and renaming files', 'history' has been used several
times where 'repository' should actually have been used.

* '7.4.2 Moving the HISTORY file'
* and in the same part "Nasty things might happen if someone accesses the
  HISTORY file..."

* '7.4.3 Copying the HISTORY file'

This part of the manual is already quite tricky, and the confusion between
'history' and 'repository' is a bit misleading.
