cvswrappers ignored in win32 version, fails to import/add binary files correctly |

Hi all,
The Win32 version of CVS ignores the cvswrappers file in local mode (i'm
using 1.11p). I think it has something to do with it checking in the file
that you change, but then not 'rebuilding administrative databases' which i
assume is just checking out the cvsroot directory into itself, so cvs has
direct access to the config files. (i can't remember this message ever
appearing, and i just saw it now we've moved to linux server/win32 client
mode)
steps to reproduce the problem:
check out cvswrappers file
add following line:
*.doc -k 'b' -m 'COPY'
check in
add any doc file to project
sticky options have not been set if you do a cvs status
releasing and re-checking out the directory will truncate the doc file.
this behaviour doesn't appear on the linux version we are using (1.11.p1
also)
