CVS File Time stamp preserve ...

Hi,

Is it possible to acheive the following in CVS :
I have a set of files (referred to as "incoming files") which arrive from a 
development group weekly. I need to update my repository with these files. 
Some of the "incoming files" are new while the others are modifed. I'd like 
to preserve the time stamp of the "incoming files" when putting them into my 
repository. Is thereany way of doing this ?

Any help shall be greatly appreciated.
