>Synopsis:  empty String after -m-option illegal?
>Severity:  critical
>Priority:  medium
>Category:  cvs
>Class:   sw-bug
>Release: cvs-1.11
>Environment:  System: SunOS decima 5.8 SunOS_Development sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-B
lade-100
               Architecture: sun4

>Description:
cvs add -m "" foo   gives a Usage-message, i.e. it is considered illegal!
This is annoying, because xemacs generates this kind of empty messages, when
using the build in cvs to add a directory, thereby producing an error
message, because the add didn't allow empty messages.
>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix: Looking at the source code of add.c, an empty string after -m should be
OK, so the bug must be in passing the args from main to add...
