Bug on TAGs

Hi,

I have found a bug (I suppose it is) on TAG wich becomes a branch. A TAG 
name with a "-" becomes a branch when used in the repository root :

cvs co .
cd tag A-G .
cvs update -r A-G .
mkdir toto
cvs add toto     --> toto is added on BRANCH A-G

A-G is a TAG, not a BRANCH.

The CVS/TAG file show that CVS client thinks that tag A-G is a branch when 
used in the root ...

Strange and very dangerous bug !

Easy to produce yet !
