Error generated by cvs import command:
cannot create_adm_p /tmp/cvs-serv17258/Cmd
Permission denied
(Cmd is one of my module subdirectories.)
No apparent problem with permissions writing to /tmp i.e. I am able to create
the directories using mkdir.

Unable to find archive of this list to see if this bug is already reported -
sorry.
Function create_adm_p has many indistinguishable errno returns so not possible
to refine report without building from source. I will try to fix this bug
because I need CVS ASAP.
Please help if you can.
Thanks
