Hi Larry,

Thanks very much for your answer.

I will try out your changes and let you know.
If you have opened an official ticket for this issue I would love to have
the number.

I shamelessly exploit your kindness in answering to me by asking/reporting
one more "unxpected behaviour":
The Cederqvist manual on :

http://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/cvs_3.html#SEC42

seems to suggest that the import command can be used to add empty
directories to the repository. This does not seem to be true and in the
example above, the directories man and testing are not created on the server.
Why is that ?
