It's seem a long known limitation of CVS
The problem is that transitionInformation.java and TransitionInformation.java
are not the same file for the server and they are the same file for Windows.
The cvs community don't want to handle this case because it is a Windows issue.
You'll have problems too if you create this two files from a Linux client and
try to checkout them on a Windows client.
Your problem handle right if you use the Eclipse client instead of the cvs
client.
