If it's still broken, can you open $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/modules with wordpad
on the server? If not, some semi-broken program must have the modules
file open and isn't releasing its read lock. Is there anything suspicious
in the task list? (and BTW can anyone tell me how to recognize a
suspicious task when I see one?)
