intermittent problems occuring in 1.11.5

We have recently upgraded from CVS 1.11.1p1 to 1.11.5 and a lot of
errors have been occuring intermittently.  Was wondering if any of you
experts out there have experienced similar problems or could shed some
lights on what might be causing it.

Here are some of the errors i've been getting when doing cvs update,
cvs co, etc.

trading/FindAlloc_db.cp,v; `author' not in the expected place
      [cvs] U services/src/ddtrading/AcctProfileWrap_tester.c
      [cvs] U services/src/ddtrading/AcctsByBasket.c

cvs [server aborted]: mismatch in rcs file
/cvsserver/cvs/services/doc/htmlref/svc_acctproduct.html,v between
deltas
and deltatexts (1.10)

when doing cvs update:
cvs [server aborted]: unable to parse
/cvsserver/cvs/services/include/fml/order_fml.h,v; `state' not in the
expected place

when doing cvs co:
cvs [server aborted]: unable to parse
/cvsserver/cvs/af/apps/test/src/components/debug/DebugSettingsComponent.java,v;
`author' not in the expected place



These problems only happen intermittently though, so it doesnt look
like those ,v files are corrupted.

Any ideas guys?  These issues never occured when we had 1.11.1p1
running.
