An attempt to run
cvs log -rTAG:
or
cvs log -rTAG::
dumps core if it encounters a ,v file that doesn't contain the
specified tag.
-rTAG, -r:TAG, and -r::TAG all work ok.
Attached is a tar.gz of a repo that demonstrates the problem
(specifically logtest/baz,v; the other two files do contain the
tag).
