Problem compileing cvs-1.11.5 on OpenServer 5.0.X ...S_ISSOCK

I am currently running version 1.11.  I am unable to compile cvs-1.11.5
with gcc-2.95.3 on OpenServer 5.0.6a.  I have the same problem with .5x
.6x and .7  I do not have any older version running currently to try.
Below is the results of make.
