Well, I just switched on the bug-cvs content filter to remove most MIME
attachments and convert HTML to plaintext, so that may help a bit.  I've
also opened a ticket at GNU.org asking them to explain what other spam
filters might be in effect for info-cvs, so I might be able to do more
later.
