rcsinfo problem on WinCVS

Hi All,

When I use WinCVS to commit files into repository, I want to active one
template to write log message. But when I select "Template" and press
"go" button in "commit setting" dialogue, it always tell me "You need to
setup Template using rcsinfo file." But I have setup rcsinfo file on
server side in folder CVSROOT. Where is the problem?
