Derek says we're holding with VC5 so Dennis can provide the nightly
builds.  Dennis says he can work with VC6 files with no problem and
suggested standardizing on VC6.

Looks like a clear path forward to VC6 so far.  I passed the ball back
to Derek Price to decide timing based on last call for comment and/or
dissent.
