Interesting, the current documentation on MSDN says the default warning
level is two.  I wonder whether they changed it in the latest release or
if the documentation is just wrong?  In either event, now that I'm
thinking straight, the obvious thing to do is to just not specify it at
all in our project/make files and let it default.
