Folks at Collab are working on this.

The anonymous pserver has been disabled indefinitely. I am working on
getting a notice up on the site, as well as getting a repository
mirror created for anonymous access.

If you are a registered user on cvshome.org, you may use that login &
pass to access the CVS repository, but only via the SSH tunnel
account. See the SSH & CVS instructions available to registered users
on cvshome.org for more.

It may.

Cheers,
