It didn't take me long and it gave me a good excuse to clean up the
CVSROOT/config parsing a little, so I did put this into feature.  I
must admit, though, I am unlikely to use it as I tend to avoid RCS
keywords like the plague, myself, so I am also certainly unlikely to
be providing direct feedback on this.
