Function "start_rsh_server" returned which I assume means it worked.

It get's into function "get_server_responses" and dies there because of an
error returned by "select" function at line 1842 in "src/buffer.c" file.

The "errno" value is 2 which <errno.h> file says is ENOENT error.

Beware MS "select" will *NOT* process file handles other than sockets.
Passing it file or pipe handles will likely fail.  I'll verify this.
