Please don't send duplicate posts to email lists until several days have
passed since your first try! In the case of bug-cvs, there can often be
a several hour delay before anybody's post gets delivered. For
non-subscribers, the post may have to wait for several days for a human
to get around to looking at it and moderating it as non-spam!
