Derek,
I was going to upload all of my binaries to savannah, but I'm a little
confused. When I sftp to savannah and change to the cvs directory, I
don't see the source and binary directories that show up in the download
area. Do I just go ahead and create the directory structure I want
right there, or do I need to create a directives file like you do for
ftp.gnu.org?
