Every time I browse the bugs, etc. at Savannah, I see the "Voting" box.
How does that work, anyway? I've searched the savane web site and found
no documentation on this feature (actually, there's practically no user
documentation at all, but that's another story).
Beside the edit box is the text "/100 remaining votes" - does this mean
I can enter a number from 0-100, with 100 meaning "I really want this
item" and 0 meaning "I don't care about this item"? Is there any way to
say "I really *don't* want this item"?
