Just to clarify, each user has 100 votes total, to be spread out as they see fit between all the bugs. If you spend 10 votes voting for one bug fix, you will only have 90 to vote for the next. I agree it would be nice to be able to vote against an issue, but for now, the comment fields will have to suffice.
At least, I don't feel it's necessary to disable Savannah voting - I even like the voting system since it gives me another way to gauge what some users are thinking. If others feel differently, please let me know.
