No joy.  We're still getting warnings about <stdint.h> only being valid
in c99 mode, plus we're now getting warnings about duplicate
declarations of many of the typedefs and incompatible redefinitions of
the macros.  I've attached the configure/make output and the generated
config.h and config.log files.
