Actually I would prefer to keep support for the msvc6 compiler. But this aims
solely towards the ability to compile from commandline, no need to have the
vcproj etc. stuff around.
Another question: Has the (win only) buffer bug on the trunk ever been fixed
so both pserver and ssh access work again? I cannot verify this as it doesn't
currently compile:-(.
