Anybody help me to answer these questians.. I'm new to CVS i want to go depth 
in to that. i had setup a CVS repository last week. some more things to know 
going forward

1       once I take back of repository on .tar file, how it behaves when I 
extract it back to repository?(replace existing one?)

2       How to validate integrity of data which I restored (Full repository)
