CVS empty password problem.

Hi to all,
when i am going to give this command in command prompt then i am getting
following error.
cvs -d :pserver:ruchiras@yagachi:/testrep init
Empty password used - try 'cvs login' with a real password
cvs [init aborted]: authorization failed: server yagachi rejected access to
/testrep for user ruchiras
Server and client are in same machine means in my system .
repository path----C:\test_repository\CVSROOT
CVSNT path -------C:\Program Files\CVSNT
i am not getting any idea to solve this problem.
