Hi Bruno,

I have updated the STABLE and FEATURE branches to support :extssh: and
the CVS_SSH environment variable with a fallback to SSH_DFLT.

STABLE:
  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/cvs \
    checkout -rcvs1-11-x-branch ccvs

FEATURE:
  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.nongnu.org:/sources/cvs \
    checkout ccvs

The default for RSH_DFLT in 1.11.xx is still "rsh" given that most folks
have indicated that there are still lots of users of the "rsh" protocol
family. (The default for RSH_DFLT was changed to "ssh" as of cvs 1.12.12.)
