I have converted the cvs1-11-x-branch versions of the JmgStat.c and
JmgStat.h files from CRLF to LF line endings on a UNIX box, so when you
checkout on windows you should have the right thing next time.

The FEATURE branch (main trunk) already had the correct line endings for
those two files.
